Pharmaceutical Clinical Manufacturing Plant
Managed the complete design of a small pharmaceutical plant in downtown Toronto, Ontario. Directed the design and layout of the plant and the process for a spray inhaler product. Sized production equipment, integrated the process, determined staffing, and wrote job descriptions.
Selected and ordered all furniture and equipment to furnish a complete operating pharmaceutical plant meeting Canadian and U.S. standards. Supplied the pharmaceutical design criteria to selected architect and engineers to develop the specifications and drawings.
Work was tendered and completed within budget. Managed validation company to validate the process, equipment and building.

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant
Managed complete grassroots manufacturing plant from the point of initial planning through to occupancy for a leading pharmaceutical company, Biovail, in Steinbach, Manitoba.
Reorganized pharmaceutical plant layout to double capacity in the same building perimeter. Re-negotiated design-build contract to save client $2 million. Managed design and construction process to ensure pharmaceutical standards were incorporated. Performed bank monitoring services for the client.

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant
Managed the doubling of a pharmaceutical plant in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Provided pharmaceutical design criteria to guide local architects and engineers. Provided construction management services to fast-track construction of a 6 month duration.
Plant was designed to meet Canadian Health and U.S. FDA pharmaceutical standards. Maintained existing plant in operation during construction with no downtime.

Managed the conversion of a building into pharmaceutical development lab and headquarters for Canadian pharmaceutical company in Mississauga, Ontario. Managed the complete design and construction on a fast-track programme. Project completed on time within short time-frame of 8 weeks.
