Horse Training Track

Managed the design and construction of horse training track on a 1,000 acre horse farm in Ocala, Florida. The one mile track involved the management of consultants and contractors skilled in building an upscale track to develop race horses.

Work included grass and clay tracks, a large pond inside the track oval and a waterfall on an island in the middle of the pond that was inside the track. The work was completed on budget.

Value of construction - $1,600,000.

Showpiece Cottage

Managed the design and construction of a high-end cottage on Lake Simcoe near Barrie, Ontario. Hired architect, landscape architect, interior designer, and engineers specializing in this kind of work. Selected construction manager to complete the entire design and construction process in 12 months.

The work was completed on time and under budget. Work included rework of landscaping, construction of 7,000 sq. ft. cottage, swimming pool, outdoor hot tub and complete furniture and fixtures necessary for move-in.

Value of construction was $3,000,000.

High End Apartment

Worked with client’s interior designer and managed the construction of an upscale apartment in New York City, New York for a top Canadian corporative executive.

Solved building permit problems. Completed the project on time and on budget. Integrated the latest high tech equipment into the building space.

Value of construction - $1,100,000.

High End Apartment

Managed an interior designer for the design and construction of an upscale apartment condominium in Etobicoke, Ontario.

Selected high end contractor to complete work on time and within budget. Work included complete furniture and fixtures.

Value of construction - $285,000.

Church Renovation

Guided the design and construction of a chapel for a Ukrainian Catholic Church in Mississauga, Ontario. Also selected engineers and architects in the renovation of a large basement room into an entertainment space for gatherings in the same church. Project was completed on time and within budget.

High End Mansion

Managed a 3-year project to upgrade a property owned by a senior executive in Barbados. Redeveloped landscape, renovated buildings and added new buildings such as an exercise room, pool bar, storage room, etc. Reengineered seawall to protect property and solved difficult sea coast corrosion problems around the facilities.
