Freezer Building

Managed the complete process of planning and constructing a freezer building for the storage of ice cream for a dairy in Bobcaygeon, Ontario. Supplied expertise to develop marketing forecasts, production forecasts in order to develop the minimum capacity of storage to reduce the cost of the warehouse project.

Developed design criteria to guide the designers of a design-build contractor specializing in freezer buildings. Supervised the design and construction which resulted in a building that was completed on time and on budget. Performed material handling design and selected the equipment and racks necessary to operate the facility.

Value of construction - $950,000.

Industrial Chemical Warehouse

Inherited a problem project and turned it around. The result was a successfully managed chemical warehouse in Etobicoke, Ontario. Directed design team to deliver tender documents on time and completed construction under budget.

Value of construction - $2,000,000.

Automated Auto Parts Warehouse

Managed design-build turnkey project for a contractor, building an automated automobile parts warehouse in Louisville, Kentucky. Work was completed on schedule and under budget for demanding automobile company.
